For the convenience of our guests, Valentina's A/V equipment is available for use at no extra charge. We will set up equipment per your instructions and wire for sound accordingly.

If your evening includes a video presentation, you may wish to assign someone in your party to operate the projector and run the presentation. Valentina suggests that your chosen "helper" familiarize him/herself with our equipment, its placement, facilitate testing etc. to ensure a smooth presentation on the day of the event.

The Bellagio is outfitted with a pull down projection screen.

The stage area in the Champagne Room can be used as a projection surface.
(Noon to 6 pm availability only)

A television and VCR can be incorporated in any Valentina venue to support video presentations. (Champagne Room - Noon to 6pm)

Should the Piazza Michelangelo be your chosen venue selection, projection options can be discussed to support any visual needs you may have. The Piazza Michelangelo maintains a wall mounted 19-inch television set as does the bar area. Please note: Due to the sunny, naturally lit environment, the Piazza is not recommended for daytime projection presentations.
